Tables and chairs Table cloths (colors we have available) Cutlery, Glasses & Crockery The setting of the tables and the venue set up Cleaning up after the event Full bar service Tea and coffee station Garden chapel/Open air chapel All meetings leading up to the day of your event Generator for unforeseen circumstances 10% discount offered to all your guests on camping and accommodation	Decor and draping Floor plan, table numbers and menus Invitations and ‘Save the dates’ Wedding cake and cake knife Wedding car Entertainment – DJ’s etc. Functions continuing after 24:00 will be charged at R 600.00 per hour or part thereof

Deposit
R2500.00 refundable deposit and the confirmation of bookings are required to confirm your date. The balance must be paid up 10 days prior to the event.
